Enjoy this warming earthy colourful Orange Autumn Soup!
ORANGE AUTUMN SOUP
1/2 Pumpkin
2 Parsnips
20g x person Millet
1 Garlic clove
Wakame seaweeds
Rosemary
Grated ginger
Olive oil
Miso
Cut all ingredients in small cubes and put everything in a pressure cooker, cover with water and cook for approximately 30 minutes. When ready garnish with brown bread croutons and rosemary serve with fresh olive oil and a spoon of Miso.
